Hello guys

Several weeks (or is it months already?) ago you said you were working on the new album. Can you tell us a little about the progress, could you reveal anything?:) When can we expect samples?

Regards

As Fredrik said @ HELLter SKELter Festival they need to have a new record-label first.
Any news about that maybe?

I hope you'll find one soon so we can hold another Bloodbound-album in our hands in 2009

Well, the studio is booked. Good enough? No? Well, ok, starting November, that better?

That's good news indeed! :)

Are all the songs for the new album already written? Or are they worked out at the moment? I know I'm always the curious guy, sorry... but I'm only excited to hear something new... though the Nosferatu-record is still new to me, the title-track is unbelievably amazing, especially the melody of the vocals!

There are several songs written for the album...What we have to do is to pick the ones we want to record :)

Looks like the release will be at the end of february 09...

Cheers, Fredrik

What about recording them all and release a double-cd?

Seriously, thanks for the info! So now we can start the countdown until the end of february... that's... 6 months... alright, I'll be patient!

Well, guys, to be honest - it's almost like listening to another band. However I just couldn't help it - I've already fallen in love with it :D
I was left totally breathless by Plague doctor and Night touches you (Urban must have foreseen that as he signed the booklet next to this song's lyrics :))
And I couldn't stop humming Tabula Rasa's chorus for the last three days

Damn, that code is not so easy to crack. Anyone done it (DO NOT give us the solution :D !! ) ?

School just sucks. Doesn't leave me time to write here :glare:

Anyway. When I first listened to Tabula Rasa, I thought: "Wow. Is it really Bloodbound?" It's a lot heavier than the previous albums and I expected something totally different. So it was a pleasant surprise! Finally a band that can renew and still keeps its characteristics. Great! I love the album :D
Favourite songs so far: Take One, Tabula Rasa Pt. II, Night Touches You and Plague Doctor.

About the code: I have still no idea...

I wrote a review for the album today... and i still got my ass kicked... every time i found something new:...

I found A little similarity in the riff durring the solo of Tabula rasa with the riff in the begining of Iron Maiden's - The Wickerman

Language? Translations? Would you like to post it here?
We'd be happy to see what you think.

Hey :) Tabula Rasa is very good CD.
Best song of this CD is "Night touches you". It's one of the best song ever!!!
Tabula Rasa Pt.2, Dominion 5 and Plague Doctor are amazing!!!
Long live BLOODBOUND!
But Nosferatu is still best album

Finally, but I had a little help (both from having talked to Urban and from getting a program online to do the actual decoding once I figured out basically what was going on). :)

Siste... :)

Is the centerfold (in the booklet) supposed to be uppside down, or did I get f**ked? :)

Cool! Pictures, please? :)

It's just upside down, so it ain't that cool...
...unless, of course, it's worth millions?!

Page 5 (if you count the cover as page 1), has this red thing. I believe this should be bage 8?
Page 6 & 7 (the centerfold) should be reversed to 7 & 6? The lyrics (Plague Doctor & Master of My Dreams) are upside down...
Page 8 has lyrics for Tabula Rasa Pt II, but upside down.

I wonder how many prints like this are out there...
Anybody else?

Weird! So you've probably got an ultra-rare limited edition.

That reminds me of my edition of the 5-CD-Set "Dark Genesis" from Iced Earth... I've got an edition where the prints on the CD's are mixed up, so when I put "Night of the Stromrider" in my player I can listen to "Burnt Offerings" and so on... If I recall correctly, Jon Schaffer once said that this was the first press and we could send him our wrong edition and would get a right one instead... I still have the wrong one, don't know if it's of any worth though...

Finally I got a copy of Tabula Rasa... the only one at the local record shop! I'm sorry that no one else can check it out or buy there... It's a shame, Bloodbound would deserve a lot of more attention than they get!!!

Now I cranked up the volume of my player and enjoy the music... it's really quite heavy, but after hearing Take One already some time ago I expected it to be that way...

By the way, I haven't got that ultra-limited edition with the upside-down booklet... I've only got the one with the video. As it was the only copy available I didn't have a chance to buy the regular one... hm... not that I had done that!
